Job Purpose:
Sales Officer CC/PL is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source credit cards from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads/Walkins for CC/PL business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.
- Branch leads follow up and conversion.
- Conversion of leads to logins.
- Achieving assigned monthly productivity
- Sourcing quality portfolio
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated for CC/PL business.
- Distribute CC/PL brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.
- Conduct market visits, visit corporates and promote CC/PL to prospective customers.
- Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.
- Follow up and assist the customer with the complete application process.
- Maintain daily sales report.
- Collect references from every customer for increasing business.

Educational Qualification
Matric pass
Relevant Experience
6 months+ experience in CC or PL sales
